On the 14th October, took place at Sagrado Corazón of Tarragona school a solidary snack for the world hunger organized by Manos Unidas.
Once again, Manos Unidas celebrates this event in collaboration with AG Planning, who have contributed with chocolate and cake for second year straight, the solidary snack in order to fundraise for the health development project that the association is carrying out in Mozambique. Thanks to the nearly 170 people who have atended the event, they raised around €1,700 to help the construction of eight accommodation buildings for sanitary workers of the hospital in Chalucuane (Mozambique).
Teresa Feliu, president of Manos Unidas in Tarragona, has been the host of the event with the support of city authorities such as Archbishop Jaume Pujol, the Government subdelegate Quim Nin and members of Sagrado Corazón school.
